Atonometrics
Booth: 131
Atonometrics, Inc., based in Austin, TX, develops test
and measurement technology for the rapidly growing
solar energy industry. Products for PV Power Plants
include performance, irradiance, soiling, and degradation
measurement solutions. Products for manufacturing
environments and testing labs include continuous solar
simulators, light soakers, I-V systems, and UV exposure
chambers.
Center for Inverse Design
Booth: 113
The Center for Inverse Design (CID) is an Energy Frontier
Research Center of the U.S. Department of Energy
Office of Energy Science. To address a crucial scientific
grand challenge, the Center is pursuing a new approach
to material science. Rather than using the conventional
direct approach (“Given the structure, find the electronic
properties”), the CID Is using a “materials by inverse
design” approach (“Given the desired property, find the
structure”). The CID is led by NREL, with its partners at
the University of Colora
